Every Saga employee is entitled to participate in various rigorous professional training programs to improve on skills related to their current work. In addition, employees are also encouraged to take training programs designed to their broaden business and entrepreneurial related skills.

Language Training Course
Today, it is crucial for an international business to be able to communicate in multiple languages. We encourage employees to learn English and Mandarin in order to adapt to our increasing business globalization and to ensure multilingual work environment of the company.
In support of this learning spirit, we have coordinated a professional, intensive English training course designed to improve our employees' English proficiency at work. Our goal is to train Saga employees and management to become familiarised namely with economic and investment terms in order to help them to become more accustomed to communicating with foreign investors, collaborators, and colleagues.
