2、Testing Instrument Saga have testing equipments of three-dimensional、optical spectrum analyzers 、bearing vibroscope 、Bearing clearance measuring instrument 、water pump Combination property test-be etc. QC/T 288.2-2001 automobile engine cooling test method is adopted in Saga. Air leakage test will be 100% taken whether it is assembled to assure that it is air leakage free and on good sealing status before delivery. Tests of flow, lift, reliability etc. are under industry standards and it has a higher efficiency feature in output to confirm it is durable in use. Imported grease is selected for double roller bearings that are long life, free of maintenance, high temperature resistant, high wear resistance, and low noise. Clearance design is reasonable. 100% vibration test, and adopt the importing seal that is resistant to wear, good sealing, long life, and execute 100% leakage test as well.
