It was established in 2005 with a total investment about 100 millions RMB by Shanghai CNEX Group which has a turnover about 3 billions RMB per year. The products manufactured by the company fall into three main categories: auto water pumps, die casting products, tensioner pulleys. Saga has land coverage area over 20,100 square meters and construction area over 6,200 square meters; and has 2 standard workshops and 2 labs with top-ranking equipments for testing, pressure casting and machinery processing. It also has 2 hundreds special trained staff, fifty technical engineers and quality managers.

In 2007, Saga acquired the ISO/TS16949 quality system certificate, and well implemented with this system. In 2008, Saga improved the technical value and quality of its products, and to make great efforts on auto water pump and die casting products and tensioner pulleys R&D.
